Bot not responding

Hi Team,
My hackathon bot is not working, it’s not going to the next step.
I restarted my container even then its not working
its showing in logs as follows : Cannot read property ‘_id’ of null error while fetching journey undefined

Are you triggering any journey which was deleted/doesn’t exist? Could you elaborate on which journey you’re using and how the steps in the journey are configured? Also, have you trained the bot?
