# Cannot capture a date from Facebook and telegram channels

Hi there, I was trying to capture a single date from the user and after that, the bot shows what date was selected. On the website, the data is captured without problem but when I try to capture it from Facebook or Telegram the bot is restarting.

Facebook and Telegram channels don’t support the date node. You can ask the user for their date using the question node.

What is the date value (as a string) inside the node for the options
