Configuration is not saved

Hi,

I filed data on Configuration page and pressed Save settings, but everything is empty after I refresh the page

Hey Taras,
Can you please try hard refreshing the page (Ctrl + Shift + R)?
Also, can you please tell me if you can see the Changes Saved popup once you click on the Save Settings button as you can see in the screenshot below?

I used a hard refresh.
Yes, a popup appears, however changes are not saved after the refresh.
