Hi team,

Is it possible to get the payload in the Facebook messenger bot?

Use case- We need to fetch the user’s email ID, phone number, and name.

Can we get above mentioned details when the user pings the BOT?

Currently, you can retrieve the name and the profile picture (if available) for Facebook users using the payload.
