How to trigger approval workflow


We are building some scenarios where approval is needed from supervisor. Can you please suggest how can we build approval workflow in the journey and can use it in chatbot. Also we would like to know if manager can approve it through chatbot or he needs to approve it through email/core systems.

I don’t think approval workflow is feasible on the chatbot. I’d suggest creating an API for approval, which can be triggered from the approval journey.
