Is there an option to disable input?

For some parts of the journey I would like to disable user input (as in no typing) so they have to select a quick reply option? Then re-enable it after the user made a selection

Yes, it’s definitely possible.

  1. Open any prompt where you want to disable the input and open Channel Options.

  2. Under Channel Options go to Website and enable the Hide Input button.

  3. Try your bot! As you can see in the screenshot below, user input is disabled for the current Quick Reply prompt.
