Has anyone worked on Instagram Comment as a channel? Need guidance on adding the IG Comment channel.

I believe you can track this as an event from the channel.

What is the use-case

Hi @gautham, Use-case: **trigger live agent flow only** not any other flow and trained utterances.

without any integration or without adding channel, will we get any event from backend?
