We have a template which send whatsapp message to customer with 2 quick reply button “ACCEPT” and “REJECT”.

When the user click of any of the button quick\_reply\_event is triggered. I want to trigger a flow based on template from which the event has been raised and use the variable which were used in template.

How can I achieve this and test the same on Yellow.ai platform ?

Hi @manish-kapadi

You can refer this [doc](https://docs.yellow.ai/docs/cookbooks/studio/qr-node) to achieve the use case.

Dear Saurabh,

It has now been 12 days since we raised support to get messageId or template variables in a quick reply event.

In recent case # **00065662, w** e have received the link ([https://docs.yellow.ai/docs/cookbooks/studio/qr-node](https://docs.yellow.ai/docs/cookbooks/studio/qr-node)), which also doesn’t clearly explain to us how to access the messageId or template variable in the quick\_reply\_event.

Unfortunately, despite several attempts, we have encountered difficulties and are currently unable to retrieve these variables as planned. This issue is impacting our workflow and leading to significant delays.

We believe that your expert assistance and insight will be instrumental in resolving this issue. **In light of this, we kindly request you to set up a call at your earliest convenience so that we may discuss the problem and devise a suitable solution**.

We request you to expedite the resolution of this issue considering its potential impact on our migration.
