If we use embedded signup for whatsapp onboarding, will it create new WABA.  
Is it possible to add the no’s to existing WABA(Accounts created manually before embedded sign up) using embedded signup?

Yes,  
we support all 3 options

- Creating a new WABA
- Linking existing WABA
- Migrating WABA from a different vendor

if you WABA was created manually before embed signup - you can link to the bot which will automatically connect all existing numbers of the waba to the bot.  
And directly add numbers through the platform’s UI to have it working with the bot + WABA
