# WhatsApp Quick replies

WhatsApp autosuggestions are given as numbered lists and if the user responds with any of the numbers, instead of going to that intent/flow it is re-prompting the list.

Hi @RamachandraReddy,

1. WA suggestions come with numbers because WA buttons or lists have an upper limit on the number of buttons.
2. Make sure the description of the journey has the training \> minConfidence
3. If it still doesn’t work, please consider raising a JIRA ticket.
