# Whatsapp quick reply customization not working

Whatsapp Quick reply index, I set to “Number”  
Structure prefix, I set to `_Type_ *{{index}}** for` as mentioned in the document

But nothing works, still I’m getting the same numbered list in whatsapp

1. Service1
2. Service2

My expected output is,  
_Type_ **1** for Service1  
_Type_ **2** for Service2
