Does whatsapp support tiny Url's in dynamic CTA button value?

Client wants to add http://klr.pw/wf4LCc URL in dynamic CTA button , wherein http://klr.pw is static text and last part is dynamic.

When clicked on create template, getting an empty error as shown in the image.

Its suggested to use Brands own domain URL for Dynamic CTA URLs.
