Nice to meet you guys, Im new to YAI.
I have built a flow with Intent as the starting point, however, the flow can be triggered from a word that is not an utterance from that Intent, why would that happen and how to solve it?

That is the best part of our AI! Our engine can understand what you mean through your message and see what best matches as the intent. This means that the chat bot need not be trained on all the variation of the messages out there. We call this Dynamic NLP, you can read more about it here.

Please train most likely utterances for the intent and make sure you at least give 15 utterances for the same. If it still doesn’t work train with the specific utterance that you want to work for you.
