We have added faq’s and we are working on conflicts.
Untill we clear conflicts, we dont want bot to ans for the faq… Can we disable the faq option? i cant see any disable option…
Or do i not need to clear all the faqs
Hey @Sangeetha_R you cannot disable the FAQs. You can import them as a CSV file and then delete all the FAQs and when need you can upload the same CSV file.
