How can the chatbot Shortcut icon be changed - PWA bot

As the Vodafone client will be sharing the PWA bot link as a campaign with their users >> chances are the users may add the PWA bot as a shortcut to their devices.

The client now requests to change the bot SHORTCUT ICON here -

How can this be done?

We can update this via bot mapping. Please raise a support ticket (Engineering support) on Jira.

Note: We need two images of following resolution: 192* 192 (for mobile), and 512*512 (for desktop)
