Is there any lead time for WA templates created on FBM to synch on our app platform

When we create new templates on FBM they are not synching in app platform unless we run the below URL.

https://app.yellowmessenger.com/api/templates/whatsapp/syncTemplates?bot=<>

Is there any lead time for when templates would auto synch ?
