Location based automatic language transition

Can the chat bot support on regional languages basis location (example - If customer chats from Spain - Can the bot respond in Spanish, Can it be controlled at admin level on language and geo)?

How can the bot know the customer location, @Nikhitha?

Capturing the customer location based on customer’s IP Address may not be highly accurate.

Hence, We can ask the customer for their location through some quick reply or question Prompts. And Based on their selection, We can change the bot language by making use of Set Language action Node.
