Can we change content in email notification which is triggered for publishing the BOT?

Today the BOT publish notification template is very plain with Client name in subject line and publish request in body of the mail.But can we make it more informative by adding below information

  1. Instance/Environment : Sandbox/Staging/Production
  2. BOT ID
  3. reason for publish
    Log in with Atlassian account
    PFB present template

Can you share why do you need the above-mentioned info.

Can botid not be understood based on bot name?
is there an env confusion?
