Do we have any character limitations that we can’t able to show in our chat bot?
In fresh chat, If the characters are more than 2000 means, it will directly change into file.txt type.
So, Like do we have any limitations.
This is for pintu customer.

As I said before comment, If Fresh chat send the text file to us, can we able to render that text file and show the wording to the end users.

No, that isn’t possible out of the box. If FC has the limitation, they need to break it down into multiple messages and send it separately. If not, the file will be displayed as is.
