I have been trying to remove the “strong” tag which is showing from this node but am not able to understand where the variable retailerdealername is getting the value. And the text box is also disabled in the store comment node.

Hi @Samiksha_Datta , this store node is used to the user input .
If you want to put any text in the store node you can put or else you can put it empty.
If you want to remove that “retailerdealername” click on the left side on the sign icon and remove the variable from there and then test it again
