How hide web view on page refresh - web widget

I’m using Web View form for basic customers details, before connecting with an Live Agent.
While testing the bot When I reload the same URL in a new tab, the Form reloads with empty fields. This results in confusion to the customers on weather the form is submitted or not. Is there a way to retain the values when the page is refreshed or Is there any other suggestion to hide the Web view on page refresh.

Web view just loads the content which is hosted outside of yellow platform. Session needs to be retained at the source. Whatever is loaded inside web view is not controlled by yellow.
