How to change what we display in bot? Time and "Type Your Messages"

Current : 12 hour format using AM or PM
Expected : 24 hour format

Current : in english type your messages
Expected : in client language (should be able to change, because google translation is not good)

#1 - We only support 12 hour format right now.
#2 - Placeholder text - We support Slovak and 10+ other languages. We update the verified ones.

Please raise a ticket on Jira if #2 is not working as expected
