Only soft deletion is possible from Admin portal as of now.
It will remove the bot from your subscription and adds to default subscription

so for admin portal I should contact the yellow ai support and request for bot to be delete right?

Hi @Subhrajit_Gupta thanks for the info on this I have 1 last question, when I did a bot restart or reset why am I getting this. do you know a way how to fix this?

@hcemployee Configure a welcome message in staging/dev env and publish to live. This should work fine.
I believe resetting also made the welcome message empty in this case
