How to Integrate Yellow AI with FAQ Prime?

We need the Yellow AI Chatbot to be displayed to the user via FAQ Prime. For this, FAQprime needs three things:

  1. Initially, the chat popup should be controlled by FAQPrime, i.e. there should be a way for yellow AI to hide its chat panel
  2. When the user clicks the Chat button, there should be an API which FAQPrime can call to give control to Yellow AI bot
  3. Once the chat is closed, Yellow AI should be able to hide itself and pass control to FAQ Prime
