how to reload bot without chat history when bot is opened in new tab?
Example, Customer logins into My Account in new tab and the bot again pops up in my account page. Now, the bot should be reloaded.

You can start a new session for each tab. To enable it, go to Channels > Chat Widget > Settings and Enable Create fresh session for every new tab.
