I added a doc for getting FAQ´s automatically, but I cannot train them, not working

Hello, I added a document at the Document Search. I uploaded it. It was completed. It gave me a bunch QnA to pick some. I picked some, but it is not working… I cannot train them, I don´t know why…

I did not created a flow, I was expecting to write any of those questions, and the bot would reply to me… but I am getting fall back all the time… Should I do something before? Thanks guys

Yes, it’s intended to work such that a flow is not required.

Was it from your system directly, if so what was the file type?
or was it via a URL/AWS-S3/Sharepoint
