Can we able to interact with the bot from already deployed chat services through the CISCO Xpress system?

@Geesh1706 from what I could find about Cisco Xpress provides an API interface, which you can easily implement on the yellow.ai platform under API management tab. Can you please share the use case trying to implement here?
