Do we have bot that is using Custom Live Agent

we need advise how to enable that, what needs to be done in bot level and what needs to be done in 3rd Party System

I think it’s pretty clearly mentioned in the documentation what has to be done. In the bot, you need to use the raise ticket node to achieve this @Abdullah_Zuhud

@mahesh if we want to integrate client system with us. what is the Domain Name that we need to put? what is the company Name API key?

@Abdullah_Zuhud I think its clear that the client has to provide these details.
They need to develop the functionality on their end for the routes mentioned in the doc.

The routes will only be accessible when exposed over web through some domain, similarly requests will be authorised by the client if the API key they provided is part of the request.
