INVALID_PRODUCT_CATALOG_ID when connecting the catalogue

tried to enable the whatsapp catalogue for Tanobel Care bot. The bot already connected to this whatsapp number:

And already made the catalogue from commerce manager and add 3 items in the catalogue:

is there any configuration need to be done?
