Everything is set up in Facebook Business Manager, but Whatsapp is showing the catalog. We are receiving an error in cloud bot.

As a sanity check, is this a Cloud API Hosted WABA?

We have support for Whatsapp catalog under for specific WABAs which we could need tweaking and a check on the infra by our internal team.
Next steps here would be to raise this internally over JIRA.
