Is there any method to end a flow/journey?

I have a use case where I need to end a flow when I trigger another flow & at the end of that flow I don’t want to go back to the previous flow; Is there any method to do so?

Yes @Asutosh, you can just leave the last node in the flow disconnected to end the flow.

Is there any way to forcefully end the flow? like any action node or by using any code.
