We are collecting feedback from the user in the middle of our bot flow, using the feedback node. The user can choose to not fill the feedback form and simply close it. In this case, the bot effectively gets stuck as there is no fallback in case the user closes the feedback form. We want to understand how we can manage user experience in case the user closes the feedback form.
