One of the clients wants MS Teams as a channel for the bot, and has their AD On-Private physical premises which they are not ready to expose to the internet.
Can we integrate with MS Teams without an AD-Integration and validate the user?

Please check the official documentation
They may have to do some whitelisting at their so that the Messaging endpoint is reachable from their servers.
Same applies for Azure Authentication, we should be able to access redirect Url from their premises
