If the Utterance/FAQ’s are added in english can the bot pick input/utterance from other language and trigger specific trained journey/ faq’s answer???
Yes this is possible @Sai_Kumar_Singaram. For your reference I’m attaching a screenshoot. So I already have a FAQs related to testing in that particular FAQ I have 4-5 variations of question. So first I typed the variation in ‘English’ it worked and then again I converted the same variation of question into Hindi language and I get the answer.
Can you try it once directly with the bot. And before testing it trained the bot once.
