Re-Starting the journey from mid of ongoing journey

I was trying to build the bot for e-commerce site which sells clothes for men ,women and kids .

Let say a journey has been triggered and a user is in the middle of the journey probably somewhere at the checkout and at that time user types the following request

discard all the information and show me the kids apparel or some kind of utterances where we need to move in the reverse (backward ) direction of the journey/flow instead of moving ahead . How can we achieve that , Can anyone please throw some light or guide me accordingly

If the given utterance has enough confidence regardless of which journey you’re on right now, it’ll trigger the journey linked to the given utterance, unless that journey is specifically marked as a sticky journey in which journey switching is not allowed.
