How “Suggestion” works on the platform?? like what will be considered for the suggestion.(NLP/Journey steps/Quick replies used/ Confidence of the utterance??) @here PFA
Need Information what steps it will consider to provide suggestion??
Suggestion triggers when an utterance doesnt reach minimum confidence.
It extracts the similar intents that matches to any intent and its exposes the highest 20 matches for its similarity confidence.
It then calls another API internally to extract the description of the journeys and displays them.

Can I get particular api to check how it is showing the suggestion.
Why do you need the API?
The prediction in tools shows the suggestions for respective utterances. From there you can get the suggestive intents.
Ya I have explored that feature in the tools section.
