can anyone please advise, how can we restrict a free text in a bot conversation.
Our intention is to build a complete menu driven chatbot which do not provide an option for end user to type any free text in text box.
If you’re using Web/Mobile SDKs as your channel for the bot, you can go to each node and disable the “Hide Input button”
