SF integration and WA notification

Is it right solution to get all cases from SF into U360 table and send WA notification using CDP API? are there any downsides in this approach like performance. We are talking about ~1000 entries per day.

Hi @Kaushik_Natarajan ,

You can use the User 360 APIs to push the user info from SF and 1000 entries/day is not an issue.
