When user give utterances like “3 to 4 months”, the prediction/test your bot is not giving the correct date as a response. Currently the NLP picks “3 to 4” as a valid date and discards the “months” from the utterance. This returns to invalid date object.
As confirmed by the support team, currently the solution needs to be implemented at studio level. If someone has found the solution for this problem please let me know.
