Message delivery status.
For Whatsapp: Message has been sent to the downstream service - TRIGGERED state.
Message has been queued to be sent - SCHEDULED state (think of this as single tick on Whatsapp)
Message has been sent - SENT state (think of this as single tick on Whatsapp)
Message has been delivered - DELIVERED state (think of this as double tick on Whatsapp)
Message has been read - READ state (Only trackable when end user has blue ticks - read receipt turned on)
Message has been failed with - FAILED state
