Use case :- the clients are running Fb campigain if the user respondes to that should redirect to WA then we have to Display "Do you want to connect with agent " contains 2 QR Yes and No
if Yes redirect to agent
You should get whatsapp-referral

Yes, you can trigger the journey based on this event.
(if it’s on cloud, you can trigger based on event post-activating this event. If it’s on app, you can handle it via main function; you can even log the app.data.event to know the structure.)
I do not have the logs, however you can ask the customer to run a test campaign for you.

Thanks, can we run a FB campaign in staging Envi through which we can get logs if yes please any Docs if you have

if the number is connected in staging and the FB ad campaign points to this number that’s in staging → the event will trigger and you can check the logs to get it’s payload.
