Can we track the URL that brought the user to the WA chat? For example, if a user was redirected to the WA chat from a URL that was on Facebook, can we track this info with the help of UTM or any other method?

@Abhijeet_Kumar this can’t be done for all redirects.
For FB ads that redirect to whatsapp, you can check this post here and followup for more details
If this is for app bot, you track it via UTM params (in the main function)
