1520 - unknownError WhatsApp Campaign

Hi team, we are using WhatsApp Push Notification usecase for our Mondelez Cadbury client. However, some of the user failed to receive the Push Notification with error message “1520 - unknownError”. May we know what is the root cause of this and what is the solution to avoid this kind of behavior in the future? Thanks in advance.
