My bot is not triggering any flow or message. What might be the issue?

Please verify if you have followed/addressed the below action-items:
- Check if welcome journey has been configured in your respective environment(Home)
- Check if the flow triggered from the welcome journey is connected to a message/question
- What input are you typing to trigger the flow? Have you set up an intent for it.
