tried this- but did not work

  1. Check if welcome journey has been configured in your respective environment(Home) - done
  2. Check if the flow triggered from the welcome journey is connected to a message/question - done
  3. What input are you typing to trigger the flow? Have you set up an intent for it.- done

hi @Prathap_Sankar can you clear the cache data and try to load the page hope this will solve the issue
