Please can some one assist in explaining the Campaign Export Report after completion on WhatsApp Campaigns.
More specifically, the 'STATUS" Column; what does triggered imply.
I have a link in this communication and I would like to assume it is the number of clicks on the link; but that is a rather dangerous assumption to make.
Furthermore, is there any way I can search an account that I have campaigned on, but client has not engaged with (so no chat activated)? I have tried, but to no avail.
