Assuming a situation where a user is trying to search for something from the document but there are 3 suggestions from the bot with a different %. And the user selects the 2nd option as it’s the one which he’s required. Will the feedback( thumps up and down ) help for the bot learning purpose or can a bot be learning something from the suggestion to enhance the suggestion next time
