We enabled auto-suggestions and also specified a category, but the bot occasionally provides auto-suggestions and sometimes does not. Even if it takes some time to respond
If the confidence is between 0.6 and 0.9, then the bot provides suggestions.
If the confidence is below 0.6, then the bot displays a fallback message.

@Architha_J The bot is getting stuck and not responding? this is not correct behavior? fall back should be triggered in case if the confidence is low!
As discussed, The Fallback flow text message was empty. And hence the bot didn’t respond.
Once its added, the “bot being non responsive at sometimes” issue is solved.
