Can we have a delayed bot icon animation for website channel?

Hi @Sankalp_Gupta,

For website channel, Instead of loading the bot icon animation immediately (I am talking about the bot animation on chat widget settings), Can we load the bot icon animation after some n seconds delay (like 15 seconds)?

The reason is, We want the user to go through the website for few seconds, and then we want the bot to showcase its presence to the user.

@Amudhan_S You can have the client load the bot script n seconds after the webpage launches to achieve the behaviour you’re expecting.

Not loading the bot for n seconds might not be a good idea.

Do we have any other workaround, @Sankalp_Gupta?

No, this is the only solution for this problem statement.
