Does Bot Animation on chat widget settings work for Android and mobile Apps as well?
No, for the mobile integration, the client is responsible for adding the button that triggers the chatbot. The bot icon animation is exclusive to the web widget.
By default, our website channel’s bot animation cannot work on mobile channels.
However, since the clients are loading the chatbot upon their end, through a button click ; they can create a custom animation on a custom bot icon. Upon clicking this custom bot icon, they can load the bot.
